Pueblo Viejo Imports uses every measure to ensure your items arrive safely and damage free. All furniture items ship out palletized and fully insured. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please make note of this on the drivers delivery documentation, at the time of delivery. If the damage is substantial, refuse delivery and contact us to initiate a claim. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please contact us at 831-515-7171 for assistance. Our standard shipping/delivery service includes delivery to your curbside only. It does not include inside delivery. Please make sure to double check your measurements to confirm the items you are ordering will fit through doorways, hallways, etc. We are not responsible for items not fitting due to these reasons.

Please note: Most of Pueblo Viejo Import's furniture collections are manufactured to show signs of distress so minor scratches, cracks, and imperfections are common and not considered a defect. The products really wouldn't be the same without them. 

Where a product is within 7 days of the purchaser receiving the item/s and a refund is requested, Pueblo Viejo Imports will refund the original product purchase price. Please note that delivery charges and cost to return the product/s are not refunded to the customer. Once a product has been shipped, even if it has not yet arrived at its intended destination, shipping costs are not refunded to the customer. Order cancellations on non custom or special orders will receive a full refund provided the product has not been shipped. Custom orders or special orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee if cancelled after 7 days from purchase date. 

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect your product and a refund will be processed within 1-2 working days. Please call us at 831-515-7171 to initiate a return. 

Warranty

Pueblo Viejo Imports offers a 12 month warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Pueblo Viejo Imports will replace or repair the defect at its discretion. Normal wear & tear, damage arising from abnormal use or abuse, product which have not been maintained, or have been modified and any indirect or consequential loss is not covered by the warranty. Customers are required to provided proof of purchase when lodging a warranty claim. All Warranty claims should be initiated by calling us at 831-515-7171
